Information we collect

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, project city, project type, and the project summary you choose to provide. Netlify currently processes public-production form submissions and may collect content delivery network (CDN) server logs and request metadata needed to deliver the site, detect abuse, and report aggregate pageviews, daily unique visitors, general locations, pages and referring sites. On Cloudflare-hosted preview or future production versions, Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver pages and the form, complete the security check, detect abuse or spam, and produce aggregated operational measurements. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from these reports. The Cloudflare form stores only a one-way, secret-keyed network identifier for rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address with the inquiry.

Do not submit payment or banking details, Social Security numbers, government identification, account credentials, medical information, access codes, alarm or lockbox details, or other sensitive information.

How we use the information

We use inquiry information to evaluate whether the private residential or hospitality request fits our services, respond about that inquiry, protect the form and business systems, and keep necessary business records. Providing a phone number allows an inquiry-specific call; the form does not enroll you in marketing emails or text messages.

Service providers and sharing

Netlify currently provides public production hosting, form processing, CDN server logs, and privacy-preserving site analytics. Its site analytics does not add client-side code or cookies. During the staged migration, Cloudflare may provide DNS, protected previews, content delivery, security controls, the Workers application runtime, Turnstile abuse prevention, D1 inquiry storage, and a restricted email-notification path to the company mailbox. Netlify may temporarily retain an earlier production copy and earlier form submissions during the rollback-retention period. Google Workspace provides the company’s business email service and may process form-notification or response copies.

We do not add advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, form analytics, or marketing cookies. Browser-injected Real User Monitoring is not active on the current Netlify production site. Any later activation will be reviewed before use. We may review aggregated operational reports to improve useful pages and identify site errors, but we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from those reports. We do not sell form information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, protect the business and its systems, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and maintain necessary business records. We periodically review stored submissions and notification copies and remove information we no longer need. If an inquiry becomes a customer or project record, necessary information may be retained longer for contract, tax, insurance, warranty, dispute, or other legal and operational requirements.

Security and your choices

We limit intake access to authorized company administrators and maintainers who need it, use separate individual logins, and use the security controls available through our service providers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Scope and updates

This site and form are intended for adults making private residential or privately funded hospitality project inquiries and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child. The form must not be used for public works, government procurement, bidding, rosters, or publicly funded work.

We may update this notice when the form, service providers, or handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
